We want you to love your furniture. If something isn't right, we'll sort it.
30-Day Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Items must be returned in their original condition and, where possible, original packaging. Items that show signs of use, assembly, or damage may not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please email us at info@furnexa.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer care team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Return Shipping
For items that are faulty or incorrect, we will arrange collection at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns, a collection fee of £29–£79 (depending on item size) will be deducted from your refund. This covers the cost of our specialist collection service.
Refund Timeline
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free collection and either replace the item or issue a full refund at your preference.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Custom or bespoke orders, mattresses that have been unpackaged, and items that have been significantly assembled or used are not eligible for return unless faulty.
