Everything you need to know about receiving your Furnexa order.
Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses. No minimum spend, no hidden charges. Delivery charges may apply to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and islands.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date your order is placed. Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday are typically dispatched the same day. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is on its way.
Large Item Delivery
Sofas, beds, wardrobes, and dining table sets are delivered by our specialist 2-person delivery team. They will carry your furniture to the room of your choice and remove all packaging. Our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery window.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us.
Delivery Slots
For large item deliveries, our team will call or email you 24 hours before your scheduled delivery to confirm the time window. Slots are available Monday to Saturday. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred day.
Failed Deliveries
If we are unable to deliver your order (for example, if no one is home), our delivery partner will leave a card and attempt redelivery on the next working day. After two failed attempts, the item will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to rearrange.
